I'm often asked how I determine if someone is a NEW client. It's a good question because with my former business, my staff and I serviced roughly 3000 women. When I decided to close my storefront and open a private studio in a new location, it was nearly impossible for me to service everyone who was a former client.
The clients who booked with me the year I re-opened became my "current" client list. And, because I work a set number of hours/days each week, I have limited availability. So, in order to accept a new client, one of my existing clients has to move on. It doesn't happen often but I do keep a waitlist for when it does.
That said, twice a year I review my client list. I consider anyone who's had an appointment within 12 months an existing client. If someone hasn't booked in 12 months or if someone moves, I refer to my waitlist and bring on a new guest. Plus, in March of 2025 I will be welcoming another Esthetician who will be welcoming new guests. Join the waitlist.
For services, our focus is on brows and skincare. As much as I love doing makeup (and miss it at times) I don't have the bandwidth to offer makeup services at this time. Check out this blog post to learn about all of my latest services.
For products, I wanted to simplify here too. It's been a dream to formulate my own skincare line and in 2022 I made that dream a reality. It's been an incredible journey creating and launching the SIXTH HOUSE. Learn more here.
Anyone can order SIXTH HOUSE products. I have local, in-store pick up available on Tuesdays 11-4 and Thursdays 11-4 and shipping (standard fees apply). When you arrive, just look for the bag with your name on it. I will likely be with a client, so please be mindful that I can't chat when you arrive. But, I will give you a waive if I see you.
